Under his leadership, the company raised over $25 million in funding and invented “Programmatic Direct Mail,” a groundbreaking marketing channel that transforms online browsing intent data into personalized direct mail campaigns. His strategic vision guided PebblePost through multiple funding rounds, including a $15M Series B led by RRE Ventures.
Metamorphic Ventures: Gersh founded one of the first seed-stage venture capital funds, assembling one of the largest portfolios of companies specializing in data-driven marketing and payments/transaction processing. His portfolio included industry-leading innovators such as FetchBack, Chango, Tapad, Sailthru, Movable Ink, Mass Relevance, IndustryBrains, Madison Logic, Bombora, and Transactis, demonstrating his ability to identify and nurture transformative technologies.
